By accessing BestJobsToday.com (the “Web Site”) you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as set out in this document, whether you are a Job Seeker, Employer, Agent or Advertiser. If you do not accept our terms and conditions of website use, do not use the web site or the services. BestJobsToday.com may revise the terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting which you should visit regularly to view any changes.
Definitions
“The Company” means BestJobsToday.com which is Part of thendt network owned exclusively by Buying Associates Limited. A UK Registered Company.
“User / You” means any person accessing and using the web site.
“CV Services” means the ability to upload / submit a CV, amend retrieve and gain access to CVs stored.
“Client” means Employers and or recruitment professionals named on the order form.
Terms of Use
1. General
Users may not use the website to transmit, distribute, store, or destroy material which is in violation of any applicable law or regulation; in a manner that infringes the copyright, trademark, trade secret or intellectual property rights of others or which violates the privacy, publicity or personal rights of others. Material which is defamatory, threatening, abusive, hateful or obscene is forbidden.
Users may not violate or attempt to violate the security of the site including, but not limited to assessing data which the User is not authorised to view, attempting to scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network, attempting to interfere with the service to any user, submit a virus to the website.
Users may use the site for seeking employment and career advice and information and for employers seeking employees and providing career advice and career information beneficial to the individual job seeker.
Users may not submit a CV which is not accurate and which contains false or incomplete biographical information. Users may not post information on behalf of another individual.
It is prohibited to post any franchise, pyramid scheme or “club membership” scheme.
It is prohibited to share or disclose your password to access non-public areas of the site with third parties.
2. Your Information
User information which is submitted during registration will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. To register you will be asked for your email address and your name by BestJobsToday.com . In addition to the terms and conditions in the privacy statement you understand that BestJobsToday.com may use aggregate anonymous information about your registration and disclose such information to third parties. This does not include your name, email address or telephone number.
BestJobsToday.com reserves the right to offer third party services and products to you based on information you gave at registration, such offers may be made by BestJobsToday.com or a third party. If you don’t want to receive such information please advise us by email through the contact menu.

3. Privacy
You are advised that, due to the very nature of BestJobsToday.com being a jobs and careers site, your information will be viewed by third parties who are looking to contact relevant candidates regarding possible suitable vacancies or information to assist individuals with their careers and other such occasions as described in the Privacy policy. If you do not wish for your data to be stored or used in this way then please do not register.
4. Adverts
BestJobsToday.com will provide clients with access to a Employer / Recruiter area where they can perform different tasks / functions depending on what services they are entitled to use. The services Employers / Recruiters are provided with will be charged for and detailed on the client order form. BestJobsToday.com reserves the right to amend any information within in the Employer / Recruiter area submitted by the Client for advertising on the BestJobsToday.com site.
The client warrants that the Adverts;
a) will not contain defamatory material
b) will not contain unlawful, indecent or obscene material
c) will comply with UK law
d) will not contain any virus
e) will not contain any material likely to cause harm or damage to the reputation of the Company and Website.
f) Will be relevant to bonafide “real” job vacancies.
5. BestJobsToday.com ’s Liability.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all information on the BestJobsToday.com site is correct, BestJobsToday.com cannot and does not confirm that information posted on the site is correct. Due to the nature of the internet it is impossible to verify that each individual is who they say they are and each position is what it claims to be. Because of this, BestJobsToday.com cannot be involved in disputes or dealings between users, and furthermore accepts no responsibility whatsoever in respect of any action or inaction on the part of users of the Web Site.
BestJobsToday.com does not screen candidates or positions and is not involved in anyway in transactions between candidates and employers. BestJobsToday.com does not screen or censor positions and cannot be held responsible for the quality, safety or legality of the positions which have been posted or the CVs which have been submitted.
Please note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, underage persons or people acting under false pretences. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Web Site.
BestJobsToday.com do not control the information provided by other users which may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, which is made available through the Web Site. We expect bonafide users of the Web Site to exercise common sense and caution when using www.BestJobsToday.com .com.
Individuals are completely responsible for the content they submit on to the website and likewise the content of any adverts posted are the responsibility of the company / recruiter who has posted them.
BestJobsToday.com does not guarantee that the web site will operate error-free or that the web site and its server are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms. Each individual user – whether candidate or from a company - are responsible for ensuring that your PC / laptop is protected against any such viruses and BestJobsToday.com accept no liability for the repair of any of your equipment caused by you choosing to use the BestJobsToday.com website.
BestJobsToday.com , its suppliers or third parties shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from any use or attempted use of the website.
6. Links from BestJobsToday.com to other sites
BestJobsToday.com is not responsible for the content on linked third party sites.
BestJobsToday.com does not endorse the companies of these sites and provides the links for the benefit of users to the site. If you choose to click on links to third party sites you do so at your own risk.
7. Termination
BestJobsToday.com reserves the right to delete User postings from the site at its discretion and to suspend and/or terminate the service of any User who commits a breach of these terms and conditions.
